After receiving many suggestions from our customers to offer gluten-free option on our menu, we started researching the products available. After many trials, we found that none of them approached the quality and texture of our original pizza, so we decided to develop our own recipe. After a few months, we finalized the formula.
Made to the same standards you've come to expect from us, our gluten-free dough is mixed fresh every day in dedicated equipment, and can be used to make Chicago-Style Stuffed Pizza, Thin-Crust Pizza and Baked Calzoni.
So go ahead, now you can get pizza when you really want it, gluten-free!!
